I created these four character designs based off of children characters for a summer camp.
I wanted to make sure each child would look easily recognizable from their silhouette to colors. Each character has a name based on a plant and they also have two personas: Super Hero and Secret Identity. It was fun for me as a designer to figure out how each child would want to present themself in both roles.

Not only did I need to create these designs with just a name to work from, I needed to format the files so that each body part was their own layer, allowing you to pose them.
